01 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to jlmmmm Casino ("jlmmmm," "we," "us," or "our"). jlmmmm operates the online gaming platform accessible at jlmmmm.cam (the "Platform") under the regulatory jurisdiction of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform, constitute the entire legal agreement between jlmmmm and you, the registered user ("Player," "you," or "your").

By creating a jlmmmm account, accessing the Platform, or participating in any gaming activity offered by jlmmmm — whether through desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other access method — you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and maintain a jlmmmm account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by PAGCOR's online gaming regulations for the Philippines. jlmmmm strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and does not permit gaming by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted at the time of play. Players accessing jlmmmm from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal do so at their own legal risk, and jlmmmm reserves the right to restrict or terminate such accounts.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.

• You must not have been previously excluded from jlmmmm or any other PAGCOR-regulated gambling platform through a self-exclusion or operator-exclusion program.

jlmmmm requires all Players to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing the first withdrawal request. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) National ID (PhilSys), UMID, SSS card, Driver's License, Passport, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. jlmmmm reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend account access pending verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual Player may hold only one (1) registered jlmmmm account. Opening multiple accounts — whether to exploit promotions, circumvent a suspension, or for any other reason — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jlmmmm reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and permanently withhold associated balances upon discovery.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the jlmmmm registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlmmmm login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your jlmmmm account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility unless you have reported an unauthorized access incident to jlmmmm support in writing prior to the activity occurring. jlmmmm recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

3.4 Account Currency

jlmmmm accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). All transactions, balances, bonuses, and winnings displayed on the Platform are in Philippine Pesos unless explicitly stated otherwise.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jlmmmm accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, and select cryptocurrency methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may be updated from time to time. Deposits are typically credited to your jlmmmm wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor. jlmmmm is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or Philippine banking system outages.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jlmmmm within the timeframes published on the Platform (typically under 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya). Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification completion. jlmmmm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including for security, compliance, or anti-money laundering purposes. Withdrawal amounts must meet the minimum threshold published on the Platform at the time of the request.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Program, jlmmmm monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified jlmmmm account identity. Withdrawing funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited. jlmmmm is required to report covered transactions and suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) where required by law.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jlmmmm offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms published at the point of offer. General bonus rules include:

• Bonuses are granted to verified, active jlmmmm accounts only. One bonus per household, device, or IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the jlmmmm platform operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems, independently audited for fairness. Live casino games use regulated dealing procedures overseen by licensed game providers. By participating in any game, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Game results are determined by certified RNG or live dealing procedures and are final once confirmed by jlmmmm's system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, server disconnection, or system error during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned. jlmmmm's determination of void rounds is final.
• jlmmmm reserves the right to void bets or cancel winnings if a game error, software bug, or pricing error caused the outcome, even after the game round has been completed.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are settled at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation, regardless of subsequent odds movements.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlmmmm platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using any automated software, bot, script, artificial intelligence tool, or other mechanical means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated sports betting syndicate activity.
• Opening accounts on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party, including on behalf of persons who are ineligible to hold a jlmmmm account.
• Any form of fraud, including payment fraud, chargeback fraud, or identity fraud.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer jlmmmm's systems, or introduce malicious code.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.

jlmmmm employs real-time fraud detection systems. Accounts suspected of engaging in any of the above conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the account will be permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

jlmmmm is committed to responsible gaming and complies with all PAGCOR-mandated responsible gambling requirements. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and provide the following player protection tools, accessible directly from the jlmmmm account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set to a lower amount and after a 7-day cooling-off period when increased.

Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine government agencies as required by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jlmmmm platform — including but not limited to the jlmmmm brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other content — is the intellectual property of jlmmmm or its licensed third-party providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: copying, reproducing, or distributing any Platform content; creating derivative works based on Platform content; reverse engineering any Platform software; or using jlmmmm's brand name, logo, or trademarks without prior written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlmmmm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical malfunction; loss of data; interruption of service; or reliance on any information published on the Platform.

jlmmmm's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jlmmmm's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jlmmmm makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, though jlmmmm uses commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform stability and security.

12 Termination

jlmmmm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements; suspected fraud or money laundering activity; receipt of a chargebacks from your payment provider; at the direction of PAGCOR or another competent authority; or if jlmmmm determines that continued provision of services to you would create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to jlmmmm.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, jlmmmm will process a withdrawal of any remaining verified balance to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML verification. Balances associated with accounts closed due to a material breach of these Terms may be forfeited in whole or in part.

You may close your jlmmmm account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines and, where applicable, the dispute resolution processes established by PAGCOR.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, you must contact jlmmmm customer support in the first instance. jlmmmm aims to resolve all disputes within ten (10) business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to support@jlmmmm.cam.

14 Amendments

jlmmmm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, unless the amendment is required by law or PAGCOR directive, in which case it may take effect immediately. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account.
